Information Hub Terms of Use

The Career Development Services (CDS) Information Hub (Info Hub) has been developed to assist Career Practitioners in sharing knowledge, skills and ideas in the field of career advice, guidance and counselling. It is therefore critical that people accessing the Info Hub use it within its parameters.

 

PROHIBITED USE

The CDS Info Hub is a professional site created to equip Career Practitioners with necessary skills and knowledge to provide career advice, guidance and counselling. It is therefore recommended that:

1. No offensive language will be tolerated in the form of racial prejudice, political debates, religious promotions, tribalism, xenophobia, gender and sexual orientation discrimination.

2. No unlawful threatening, or harassing to any individual, partnership, or corporation will be tolerated.  No inappropriate material and/or invasion of another’s privacy will be tolerated on the site.

3. The information and comments that are posted and shared on this site do not necessarily represent the views of the Information Hub.

4. You are not to impersonate any person or entity or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.

5. In terms of branding, the department handles all its public presentation and co-branding with partners, in particular for the use of our brand through official partnerships.

6. The Information Hub is offered free of charge to you. We do not request any payment from you using this site, therefore in any event where you are being requested payment to use this site, kindly inform the administrator for further necessary steps to be taken as soon as possible.
